Vantage wasn't built in a boardroom. It wasn't built by a fitness industry professional who decided equestrian was an interesting market. It was built by a competitive rider who spent years searching for something that didn't exist — and eventually decided to build it herself.
I've been riding competitively since I was 15 — across showjumping, eventing and dressage. I've spent years in the saddle, investing in my horse, my coaching and my equipment. I did everything the sport asks of a dedicated rider.
But for years, something was missing. I could feel the moments where my body let me down. Where my position broke down under pressure. Where I got tired before my horse did. Where the physical gap between what I wanted to do and what my body could do was holding us both back.
So I did what any dedicated person does — I tried to fix it. I went to the gym. I searched for programmes online. I worked with personal trainers who had never sat on a horse.
Some of it helped. None of it was built for riding.
The gap was obvious. And nobody was filling it. So at 20 years old, I decided to fill it myself.
My horse Tai has been my greatest teacher — not just in riding, but in understanding what a genuine partnership demands from both sides.
I have given him the very best care. Structured conditioning. Specialist physio. Carefully planned training and recovery. Every decision made with his performance and wellbeing in mind.
And I started asking — why don't we extend that same standard of care to the rider? The horse is half of the partnership. So is the rider. Vantage exists because that simple truth has been overlooked by our sport for too long.
Vantage is built on a single belief — that equestrian athletes deserve the same standard of physical preparation as athletes in every other sport. Not adapted programming. Not generic fitness with a horse in the background. A purpose-built performance system that understands the unique physical demands of riding and trains specifically for them.
Every programme. Every exercise. Every training cue in Vantage has a direct, intentional connection to your performance in the saddle. Nothing is there by accident. This is what I wish had existed when I started. And I'm building it so you don't have to figure it out alone.
"I built Vantage because I lived the gap. As a competitive rider across showjumping, eventing and dressage — I knew what my body needed in the saddle. I couldn't find a programme that understood that. So I built one. I'm glad you're here."
